OVERVIEW
Puma released its basketball sneaker, the Clyde Hardwood, with a campaign and activation that were designed and developed by the team at Nowadays.


Puma's sneaker, the Clyde Hardwood, was unveiled on the Puma Hoops Instagram by three Puma-sponsored basketball athletes, RJ Barrett, Kevin Knox and Terry Rozier. Each athlete features in a video, wearing one of the sneaker's colourways, acting ‘preppy’ - as per the look of the clean and modest sneaker.


To support the launch of Puma's Clyde Hardwood sneaker, Puma Hoops held a promotional activation on New York’s East River. Puma Hoops partnered with Slam to host a dunk contest and a 1v1 tournament on a floating basketball court. The event concluded aboard a yacht where press, influencers and athletes from the Puma network celebrated the success of the campaign.
